Fortune Plumbing and Electrical Company Limited was founded by Mr Vincent Ma Yuk Ying on April 2004. Vincent is the sole shareholder, Director and General Manager of the company. He has been fully authorized to undertake, operate and manage the company.

Vincent has been participating in the plumbing and drainage field since 1982. Before he work in plumbing and drainage field, he had also participated in fire services installation work for 3 years in Arnhold & Co Ltd. Vincent had worked for 3 reputable and amongst the biggest plumbing firms in Hong Kong. The first two companies were Chun Lee Engineering Co Ltd work for 14 years and Wong Po Kee Limited for 3 years respectively. Vincent had been holding the senior position in management level in these two companies too. The third company as a partner in Kammon Plumbing and Drainage Eng Ltd for 7 years.

Vincent is a Licensed Plumber since 1991 and obtained Higher Certificate Electrical Engineering in HK Polytechnic and also registered in EMSD as a 2500A electrical worker, therefore, the company is also able to provide electrical work services.

In order to cope with the development and steadiness of the company, Fortune has its self owned office in Kwun Tong since 2006.
